Russell Heat and Air put in a new unit for our home. Quality work and very honest. They were here just as promised and I would recommend them to everyone. I also will always use thier services.

Well, our heating and air unit finally went kaput. Greg was very knowledgeable, in helping us decide what unit and size was best for our home. We went with a bigger, more efficient unit, and had our duct work redone for better air flow throughout the house. The has made a BIG difference! The A/C isn't running all the time, and rooms that were previously hot/cold have consistent air flow with the rest of the house. I like that, Greg has called a few times since the install to check, and see how the new unit is working, and if we have any questions. Great service from a family-owned business.

We have had them install a new furnace and move it into the attic. They also installed a new A/C unit with ducting and new vent covers. They have a fantastic warranty and Greg is always super responsive and keeps his word! Such a wonderful family owned and run business. Great prices with great reliable service. Highly recommend

Greg Russell and Son came out to my house 2 days before Christmas. I called them after calling a larger big name company who couldn't come out for a week.

They were out a little after I called. Then called me on Christmas Eve to make sure everything was OK. I would recommend Russell Heating and Air to everyone. Super nice guys that came out in sub-freezing weather to help with my problem. Thanks so much guys.

The air conditioning went out in my veterinary hospital so I called Russell's Heat and Air. They came out right away and gave me the bad news that my compressor was shot. They then promptly went and brought a new unit back. They had it installed within an hour after coming back. I didn't have to make arrangements to take all the animals home as this was on a Saturday.

They are professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for home and business
